Everyrhing works. except replying to text via CarPlay.
Works! Immediately connects when I get in the car. My issue for not giving it a 5 star is that it will not let me respond to text messages. It tells me that I need to allow more permissions and tells me to look at my phone for allowing these permissions, but when I look at my phone, there are no prompts to allow access. It also will not allow for voice commands even though the Bluetooth works great so I know it’s not the microphone.
Absolutely Love It!
The CarPlay is a total game changer! Setup was super easy, just plug and play, and it connected instantly. The connection is fast and stable every time I start my car, and I love how sleek and compact the design is. It makes my daily drives so much smoother and more enjoyable. Music, calls, and maps all work perfectly without lag. Definitely worth every penny highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their driving experience effortlessly!
Changes my stereo EQ.
I give it 4 stars because it was what it needs to do well. Unfortunately I’m returning it because it changes the EQ of my music. I have a stock stereo with aftermarket speakers and have gone through a lot of trial and error trying to make everything sound good over Bluetooth. Now with this CarPlay adapter, my sub seems to have an increased higher punch and the lower rumble is gone. My stereo can’t fine-tune the EQ enough to improve this, so I guess it’s back to Bluetooth for me.

Overall this is an amazing product to make your wired CarPlay, wireless. Its very convenient and requires no cords to use. I can have a hands free phone completely and choose my music and get directions without having to grab my phone. I will. say when changing between songs there is a bit of a lag but it does not bother me much as the connection to audio is stable otherwise. It will connect to your phone automatically before starting your car if you leave it plugged in.
