Helps with cordless connectivity but call clarity suffers.
On the face of it, it works well. Only drops signal and refreshes itself maybe once a week after having it since February. When I receive calls however, people have reported no hearing me with clarity, so I proceeded to unplug the dongle yesterday and connect CarPlay using a cord and now since that, hear me fine. That part made me a little sad. Wondering if anyone else has that issue.
Easy and convenient!.
Extremely easy to plug in and set up via Bluetooth. I cant believe I didnt get one of these sooner. My CarPlay seamlessly starts up when I get into the car with my iPhone 17. At times there is a very small lag (fraction of a section) when I skip a song using the steering wheel buttons – not a problem for me. Theres no difference in quality of sound or use using this wireless device vs. wired connection. When I am using my AirPods when I get into the car, sometimes I need to select CarPlay as the source of audio to switch over. The small size of the usb adapter is perfect and discrete to plug into my civics dashboard.
Very useful for connecting CarPlay without cables.
The adapter works very well and connects quickly to the car system. I like that I don’t have. to use a cable to connect the phone, which makes it more comfortable to use. The connection is stable and the sound is clear. The installation was simple, just connect and that’s it.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Folks, having to hook my phone to a cord every time I got in the car for connectivity was driving me crazy!! I travel a ton for work and rely on GPS to get me to unfamiliar areas, but the problem is that being corded would sometimes disconnect if the cord got jarred/jiggled and my directions would disappear. Then I found this!!! GAME CHANGER!!!!! Seamlessly connects, doesn’t lose connectivity, installs easily into a USB port, and super reliable! There’s only one drawback, you can’t hook your charger cord to the car. Definitely wouldn’t have an issue though if my car had wireless charging. This is a must buy!!! Works with both CarPlay and Apple CarPlay. And you can’t beat the price!!
