Plug and Play CarPlay Upgrade!!.
After having bad experiences with cheaper adapters in the past, I had almost given up my dreams to have wireless CarPlay in my vehicles. A friend highly recommended this unit to me, so I was excited to see if it lived up to my expectations as well. I like that it includes the USB-A and an adapter for USB-C as I have mixed connections between vehicles. This is a fantastic little adapter for those that have vehicles requiring a wired CarPlay connection. It was incredibly easy to set up and automatically connects to my iPhone every time I start the vehicle. I don’t even have to remove my phone from a pocket if I choose not to. This also instantly cleaned/organized my console of unnecessary cables (pictured), as I no longer need them for CarPlay purposes. The adapter has a nice weight to it and really feels like a quality piece of hardware. It has not skipped a beat and has made my commutes so much more enjoyable! All of my maps, music, and phone calls work just like they did when I was forced to plug in to use them prior. I’ve not had any latency/lag or connection issues to report, so this is a clear winner in my book!

Use it daily on my delivery route
Im a food delivery driver and Im in and out of the car all day. This thing has saved me so much time. I dont have to plug in and out constantlyit just connects. Havent noticed any lag with GPS or music, which is huge.

Not the right one…..
Have used adapter for a few day. Has worked okay, but at times when I turn on my car and I try to play music, it displays it, but won’t play any sound.. Would have to unplug it every time this happened and is a bit of an inconvenience. I was also concerned on how hot it would get after my commute. Not a bad product, but just not for me.
